Features
Everything your agency runs on, in one place.
TripOps sits on the WhatsApp number your customers already message. Chats, leads, qualification, the morning brief, quotes, bookings, tasks and numbers — one system your whole team works in.
The list
Every module
All of it is in the product today, and all of it is in the demo workspace the screenshots on this site come from. The one exception is marked.
CRM Box
In the productEvery WhatsApp conversation of the agency in one shared inbox. One number for the whole team, each chat attached to the customer rather than to whoever held the phone.
- Assign chats, pin, archive, filter by unread, mine or unassigned.
- Private notes on a chat that only your team sees.
- Saved replies, approved message templates and suggested messages by stage.
- Replies typed on the phone app land in the same thread.
Leads, queries and scoring
In the productA pipeline board of every lead by stage, with the trip each one asked for as a query — destination, dates, travellers, budget.
- A 0–100 lead score from what the customer says and does, with the reasons listed.
- A hot-lead alert to the lead’s owner; idle scores decay so cold leads sink.
- Scoring rules and stages your agency can tune.
- Export to CSV or Excel whenever you like.
Lead Qualifier
In the productAn AI assistant for click-to-WhatsApp ad leads. It greets a new lead at any hour, asks what a good consultant would ask, and hands the conversation to your team.
- Captures destination, dates, number of travellers, departure city and budget.
- Creates the lead, the query and a “Qualified lead” task for the owner.
- Stops the moment one of your team replies in the chat.
- WhatsApp destination forms, so a customer can pick places and travellers in one tap.
The Briefer
In the productEvery morning, one brief per agent: which customers to reply to, who needs trip details, which quotes are pending, who to follow up — with a suggested message for each.
- Customers who wrote last come first, so nobody waits on you.
- Notes when WhatsApp’s 24-hour window has closed and a template is needed.
- Follow-ups spaced over days and weeks, then a nudge to mark the lead cold.
- A Today pane on every screen with the brief and the day’s tasks.
Quotes
In the productDay-wise, priced quotes in three types — Regular, Multi Choice (several hotel options side by side) and Maldives / Mauritius resort quotes.
- Sent as a mobile link the customer can accept, and as an A4 PDF.
- Hotels picked from a directory of over a million properties.
- Flights read from a screenshot of the fare, not retyped.
- Your logo and colours on every quote.
Bookings
In the productAfter the yes: one booking file per trip, made from the accepted quote, with sale, cost, margin and balances worked out for you.
- Flights, hotels, transport and other services; travellers and their documents.
- Hotel, activity and booking vouchers as A4 PDFs.
- Payments received, customer and vendor balances, and a GST export.
- A calendar of departures and an Excel export.
Tasks and the Today pane
In the productCall-backs, reminders and follow-ups as tasks, linked to the customer and visible to the team — typed in plain words like “Call Priya about Bali tomorrow 5pm”.
- Today, overdue and upcoming, for you or the whole team.
- Task templates and follow-up settings per agency.
- Notifications in the app and as phone push alerts.
Library, analytics and your team
In the productThe rest of the agency: destinations and packages to quote from, numbers to run on, and roles for everyone.
- A Library of destinations and packages your quotes draw on.
- Analytics: new leads by source, win rate, first-response and reply times, the funnel.
- Roles — Agency Admin, Manager, Executive — and who sees which leads.
- Your own branded app on every phone, with push notifications.
- Bring contacts and leads in from your old CRM or a spreadsheet (CSV or Excel).
Itinerary Generator
Add-onAn add-on on top of Standard that drafts day-wise itineraries and packages for your quotes from the destinations and packages in your Library.
- Works from the destinations and packages your agency already keeps in the Library.
- 100 packages per agent per month with the add-on.

Boundaries
What it does not do
Worth knowing before you sign up.
- It does not resell WhatsApp messaging. Meta bills your agency directly for paid conversations, against the card on your own account. We take no margin on your messaging.
- It does not sync group chats. Supplier and family groups stay on the phone and never appear in the platform.
- It does not import years of old chat history. Your contacts come across; the conversation record starts when you connect.
- It does not send bulk campaigns yet. Reaching past travellers in bulk is not part of the product today.
- It does not pool your data. No agency’s travellers, content or conversations are used to serve another agency.
