Terms of service
Last updated 15 September 2026
These terms govern your use of TripOps, operated by Kataria Kreations ("we", "us"). "You" means the travel agency that holds the account. By creating an account you agree to them on behalf of your agency, and you confirm you are authorised to do so.
1. The service
TripOps is subscription software for travel agencies: a shared WhatsApp inbox (the CRM Box), leads and queries, the Lead Qualifier, the Briefer, quotations, bookings and vouchers, tasks, analytics, a content Library and, as an add-on, the Itinerary Generator. We may add, change or retire features; we will not materially reduce what you are paying for without notice.
2. Accounts
- You are responsible for what happens under your accounts, including your staff’s use.
- Keep credentials confidential and tell us promptly if you suspect misuse.
- Give us accurate registration details and keep them current.
3. Plans and pricing
- Your subscription is the plan you choose, for the number of agents on your account, plus any add-on you take. The current plans, prices and included usage are published on the pricing page; an Enterprise arrangement is as agreed with you in writing.
- Included usage (for example, lead qualifications or generated packages) is an allowance per agent per month. When an allowance is used up, that feature stops starting new work for the rest of the month; we do not charge automatically for usage beyond it. A higher allowance can be agreed with us.
4. Billing, renewal and cancellation
- Fees are as per your plan and invoice, in Indian rupees. Prices exclusive of GST; taxes are added as shown on your invoice.
- Fees are payable in advance for each billing period, and your subscription renews for the next billing period unless it is cancelled.
- You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the billing period you have paid for. Refunds, if any, are as set out in your plan or invoice, or where the law requires.
- We will tell you before a price change takes effect for you; a new price applies from a later billing period, not one you have already paid for.
- If fees remain unpaid after we have given you notice, we may suspend the account until they are paid.
5. Your WhatsApp Business Account
- Your agency owns its WhatsApp Business Account and phone number. By connecting it you authorise us to send and receive messages and manage message templates on your behalf.
- You may withdraw that authorisation at any time; doing so stops the WhatsApp features.
- Your use of WhatsApp is also governed by Meta’s terms and the WhatsApp Business Messaging Policy, which pass through to you. You are responsible for the content you send, for holding the consent you need to message a person, and for honouring opt-outs.
- Meta bills your agency directly for its WhatsApp conversation charges. We do not resell WhatsApp messaging.
6. Acceptable use
You agree not to use TripOps to send spam or unsolicited marketing, to send unlawful, deceptive, abusive or infringing content, to impersonate anyone, to breach WhatsApp’s policies, to upload data you have no right to process, to probe or disrupt the service, or to attempt to access another agency’s data. We may suspend an account that puts the platform or its other users at risk, and will tell you why.
7. The AI features
The Lead Qualifier, the Briefer and the Itinerary Generator produce automated replies, suggestions and drafts. You decide whether to use them and how they are set up, and you remain responsible for what your agency sends and quotes to its customers — check prices, availability and travel details before you rely on them.
8. Your data
Your agency’s data, and your travellers’ data, remain yours. We process them to provide the service to you and on your instructions, as set out in the privacy policy. We do not use them to serve other customers. You can ask for an export of your data at any time.
9. Service providers
We run TripOps with a few service providers: Meta (the WhatsApp Cloud API), Google (the Gemini API for the AI features), our hosting provider, an email provider and, once billing is enabled, a payment gateway. The privacy policy lists what each one does.
10. Security
We protect the service with encryption in transit, hashed passwords and session tokens, encrypted WhatsApp credentials and per-agency separation of records, as described in the privacy policy. You are responsible for the devices and accounts your staff use to sign in.
11. Our intellectual property
The software, its interface and its documentation remain ours. You get a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use TripOps for your agency’s business while your subscription is current.
12. Availability and warranties
We work to keep TripOps available and correct, but the service is provided "as is". We do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation, and we are not responsible for outages or changes at Meta, WhatsApp or other third-party services we depend on.
13. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, neither party is liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for loss of profit, revenue or goodwill. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose.
14. Indemnity
You will indemnify us against claims arising from content you send through the service, or from your breach of these terms or of WhatsApp’s policies.
15. Ending the subscription
- You may cancel as described in section 4.
- We may terminate for material breach, or for non-payment after notice.
- On termination you may request an export of your data. After that we delete it as described in the privacy policy and data deletion pages.
16. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. We will tell account holders about material changes by email before they take effect; continuing to use TripOps after that means you accept them.
17. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts at Delhi, India have exclusive jurisdiction.
